Our route tends to be longer and further than offered elsewhere. It is an activity the whole family can enjoy, from children to teenagers to adults to grandparents.
All river rafting tours are operated in Cieza, which is a 50 minute or so drive; the transfer is included in the price.
The guides follow you down the river and at various points take photos and videos.
If you are interested in a date for rafting, contact us to see if we can sort something for you, especially if you are a group of four or more. Booking is essential.

Timings
- The meeting time is 08:30 unless you are told otherwise, and we get back at about 13:30.
- We leave La Mariposa at 08:30. It is an hour's drive to Cieza in the minibus to the start of the rafting, on the river by 10:00, stopping at around 11:30 for brunch, back in the river to finish and back in the minibus by 12:30 or 13:00, then back to La Mariposa.
What to wear
- As a guide we suggest shorts and a t-shirt, and appropriate footwear that you don't mind getting wet (sandals are fine if they have backing around the heel).
- Always be coated with sunscreen in the summer months.
- Bring a towel and a change of clothing just in case it is needed.
