2. Purpose of the website

This website provides information about Jacks Golf Lounge, a golf sports bar in Alhama de Murcia, and lets you send booking enquiries for our services (golf simulator hire, golf buggy hire, golf equipment hire, custom club fitting and private events) and place drink orders at your table while at the venue. Access to and browsing of the website implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Bookings and table orders

• Booking requests sent through this website are enquiries, not confirmed reservations. A booking exists only once we confirm it by email or phone, subject to availability.
• Prices for services are those communicated at the venue or at confirmation. Drinks prices shown in the order-to-table menu are those in force at the venue; obvious errors do not bind us.
• Table orders placed through the QR system are prepared for the table indicated and are paid at the venue, by card or cash, when served.
• In accordance with Spanish and Regional (Región de Murcia) law, alcohol is not sold or served to anyone under 18. Staff may ask for ID and may refuse service as permitted by law.
• The venue may close for private functions or holidays; where a confirmed booking is affected we will contact you to rearrange.

As services are provided at the venue on the agreed date, any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to distance contracts are subject to the exceptions for leisure services with a specific date under art. 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU). Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at the venue.

4. Rules of use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to: introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access; place false, abusive or fraudulent bookings or orders (including orders for tables you are not occupying); or use content from this site for commercial purposes without our permission. We may refuse service and block misuse.

5. Intellectual property

The website's content, including the Jacks Golf Lounge name, logo, texts, design and photographs, belongs to the website owner or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Third-party trade marks mentioned (for example SkyTrak or Callaway) belong to their respective owners and are referred to only to describe the equipment used at the venue.

We maintain this website with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, and we are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from here.
