2. What data we process

• Booking data: lead player's name, email, phone (optional) and any notes you leave us.
• Preferences: your language and your cookie choice (technical cookies).
• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, date and time) for security purposes.

We do not collect children's data: bookings may only be made by adults aged 18 or over.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Managing your booking (confirmation, vouchers, changes and messages about your round): performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR.
• Legal obligations (invoicing, consumer law): art. 6.1.c GDPR.
• Website security: legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR.
• Marketing emails: only if you give express consent in the future, art. 6.1.a GDPR. We send no marketing today.

4. How long we keep data

• Booking data: up to 12 months after your play date, to handle queries and claims; then deleted or anonymised.
• Data with tax or accounting relevance: for the periods required by law.
• Technical logs: 12 months at most.

5. Who we share data with

• Partner restaurants: they only verify your voucher code; they receive no personal data.
• Technical providers (web hosting: [Proveedor de hosting pendiente]): they act as processors under an art. 28 GDPR contract.
• We do not sell data and make no international transfers outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to privacidad@puttmaster.es, stating the right you are exercising and your booking reference if you have one. We reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access to booking data, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular backups.

8. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be published here. If a change affects purposes or legal bases, we will tell you prominently.
