1. Who we are
PuttMaster is a minigolf course operated by [PuttMaster Ocio S.L., pending registration], tax ID (CIF) [B-00000000], registered at Centro Comercial Al Kasar, Carretera RM-23, 30840 Alhama de Murcia, Región de Murcia, España ("PuttMaster", "we"). Contact: hola@puttmaster.es · +34 968 000 000. By booking on this website you accept these conditions.
2. Bookings
- A booking reserves your tee time: a 30-minute arrival window for your group.
- Check in at the PuttMaster kiosk at least 10 minutes before your tee time with your reference (for example, PM-K7F3QZ).
- No payment is taken online at present. The full amount is paid on arrival, by cash or card.
- The maximum online group size is 12 players. For larger groups or private events, email us.
- The details you give must be accurate; we use your email to send your confirmation and vouchers.
3. Tickets and prices
- Prices shown on the website include IVA (VAT). One ticket covers a full 18-hole round with putter and ball included.
- Child tickets: ages 4 to 12. Children under 4 play free with a paying adult.
- Concession tickets: over-65s, students and Condado de Alhama residents. Proof may be requested at the kiosk.
- A family ticket covers 2 adults and 2 children.
4. Changes, cancellations and weather
- You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your tee time by emailing hola@puttmaster.es or calling +34 968 000 000 with your reference.
- If you do not arrive, your slot is released 15 minutes after the end of your arrival window.
- If we close the course for heavy rain, wind or any other safety reason, we will rebook you on another date free of charge or cancel at no cost. If you had prepaid anything, we refund it.
- Right of withdrawal notice: under article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date. We apply the free cancellation policy above in any case.
5. Meal deal vouchers
- Each voucher is bought with your booking at a fixed price and exchanged at the named partner venue for one main plus one soft drink from that venue's deal menu.
- A maximum of one voucher per player on the booking.
- Vouchers are valid on your play date only, from 2 hours before until 3 hours after your tee time. They have no cash value and no change is given.
- If a dish is unavailable, the venue will offer an equivalent alternative. If a partner venue is closed, you may redeem the voucher at another partner or we will refund its price.
- Vouchers not redeemed within their validity window expire; if the round is cancelled under section 4, vouchers are cancelled at no cost.
6. Course rules and safety
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Always follow staff instructions and course signage.
- Swing the putter at ankle height only; never raise it above knee height.
- No glass containers, skating, running or climbing on course features.
- Wear suitable footwear. The course can be slippery after rain or watering.
- Play under the evident influence of alcohol or other substances is not permitted. We may refuse admission or ask players to leave, without refund, where behaviour endangers others.
- Borrowed equipment (putters and balls) must be returned at the end of your round. Deliberate or grossly negligent damage may be charged to the person who caused it.
- Report any accident, injury or defect on the course to staff immediately.
7. Liability and insurance
- PuttMaster holds public liability insurance: [Seguro de responsabilidad civil: aseguradora y nº de póliza pendientes].
- Minigolf is a low-risk activity, but it carries minor inherent risks (uneven surfaces, moving balls). Playing with reasonable care and following the rules in section 6 reduces those risks.
- We are liable for damage caused by defects in our facilities or by the actions of our staff as provided by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from breach of the course rules or misuse of the facilities.
- Nothing in these conditions limits your rights under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) or our liability for wilful misconduct or negligence.
- Personal belongings remain your responsibility; please do not leave valuables unattended.
8. Complaints
Official Región de Murcia complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at the kiosk. You can also write to hola@puttmaster.es; we reply within 30 days. Consumers may also use the Región de Murcia consumer arbitration board and the EU online dispute resolution platform.
9. Governing law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts determined by Spanish consumer legislation.
10. Changes to these conditions
We may update these conditions by publishing the new version on this page. Each booking is governed by the conditions in force when it was made.
