How we keep your purchase safe
- Your money never passes through us. You appoint your own independent, English-speaking lawyer. Your deposit and purchase funds go to your lawyer's client account, and the sale is signed before a Spanish notary and registered at the Land Registry.
- A real office you can walk into. We are in the Al Kasar Commercial Centre on the resort itself - come in for a coffee, or send a friend or family member who is already here.
- Licensed, registered, insured and AIPP members. Trading here since 2003, including through the 2008 crash when most agents left the area.
- You do not have to fly out first. WhatsApp video viewings, 360° virtual tours and drone footage of every home, and your lawyer can obtain your NIE and sign for you under power of attorney. Many clients complete from abroad and fly out to collect the keys.
- Nothing has to be arranged in Spanish. We speak English, Spanish, German and French, and handle the lawyer, NIE, bank account, utilities and community fees for you.
