Last updated: 2026-09-04. This policy explains how Condado Invest Property Sales & Services processes your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and where it comes from
We process the data you give us through the website forms (name, email, phone, the content of your message and, where relevant, the reference of the property you are interested in or the details of the property you want to sell, value or let), the newsletter sign-up (email and language), the services you contract (estate agency, rental management, key holding, maintenance and after-sales services) and communications by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not ask for special-category data or data about children under 14. No payments are made through this website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Replying to your enquiries, information requests, viewings and valuations: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Providing the services you contract (sale, purchase, rental, after-sales): performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Sending you the newsletter of new listings and news: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Complying with legal obligations (invoicing, tax, anti-money-laundering rules for property transactions): art. 6.1.c GDPR.
Managing the business relationship: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not profile you or make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your data. It is accessed only by the providers we need to deliver the service, as processors (web hosting and email), and, when a transaction requires it, the professionals involved in it (lawyers, notaries, banks, developers or owners), plus public authorities where the law requires.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland and international transfers may occur under its safeguards. The Google map and embedded videos only load if you accept cookies (see the cookie policy).
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Data about transactions and contracted services is kept for the duration of the relationship and then blocked for the statutory limitation periods (generally 5 years for contractual obligations, 4 years for tax and 10 years under anti-money-laundering rules). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@condadoinvest.com with the subject "Data protection", including enough information to identify you.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: restricted access to data, encrypted communications (HTTPS), backups and secure key custody with separate coding. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to your rights we will notify it under arts. 33 and 34 GDPR.
8. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
