The resort at a glance
Built in 2008 as the flagship resort of Polaris World, Condado de Alhama sits centrally in the Region of Murcia, close to its main cities and the coast. Around 3,500 properties are spread across three apartment gardens - the Jardines, the Naranjos and La Isla - plus the front line golf penthouse blocks and the newer Alhama Nature phases.

The commercial centre
Al Kasar is the heart of the resort: more than 10 bars and restaurants open all year round, a Spar supermarket open 364 days a year, a hair salon and beauty treatments, a furniture store, cocktail bar, virtual golf, a launderette - and the Condado Invest offices.
Alhama Signature Golf
An 18-hole Jack Nicklaus course
Voted among Spain's top 100 courses (43rd nationally and 23rd in the south), the Alhama Signature course offers special resident rates and takes part in the GNK golf trail. The club house has a driving range, pitch and putt, weekly tournaments, a Mediterranean and international restaurant and a terrace overlooking the course.

Sport, Sunday lunches and live music
The resort sports centre has a restaurant with Sunday lunches, live music and quiz evenings, a kids club in the holidays, tennis and padel courts, a football pitch and a party room.
Location
Beaches, cities and mountains within half an hour
The beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón, Bolnuevo, La Azohía and Isla Plana are 20 minutes away, with marinas, shops, bars, restaurants and Sunday markets. Murcia, a lively university city with a cathedral, shopping and nightlife, and Cartagena, a naval port with a Roman theatre and museums, are both 30 minutes. Alhama de Murcia, 10 minutes away, has a weekly market, schools with a bus service, Roman ruins and everyday shopping.
The Sierra Espuña natural park, 20 minutes away, offers pine forests, walking trails, cycling, climbing, horse riding and paragliding, while the lagoons at Gebas and the natural hot springs at Archena make easy day trips.
