What does Condado Invest's after-sales service include?

Everything around your purchase and your home: appointing a lawyer, NIE, bank account, notary representation, utilities and community fees, then key holding, cleaning, maintenance and refurbishments, locksmith, air conditioning, rental management and airport transfers.

Is key holding free?

Yes - buy with Condado Invest and key holding is free for the first year. After that it continues for a small annual fee.

Can you install air conditioning?

Yes. We install, service and repair air conditioning on the resort, and on selected new build apartments at Alhama Nature the units (worth 3,500€) are free when you buy through us.

Do you manage holiday rentals?

Yes. Our rental service markets your property, handles bookings, changeovers, cleaning and linen, and looks after your guests while you are away.

Can you help with utilities and community fees?

Yes. We transfer water and electricity into your name, register you with the community and set up the direct debits from your Spanish bank account before you move in.
