Established in 2003, Condado Invest is a fully licensed, registered and insured company and a member of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP). We are the number one sales agent for the resort.
Who we are
Condado Invest are the on-site specialists for Condado de Alhama. Over the years we have successfully found more than 1,000 properties for clients who have since become lasting friends. Our reputation in the region is built on the quality of our pre-sales and, above all, our after-sales service.
Our office is inside the Al Kasar commercial centre on the resort itself. That means we know every garden, block, orientation and view - and that we are minutes away when you need a key, a plumber or simply some advice.
We are recognised for an honest, ethical way of doing business. Our staff are highly trained professionals who work in a relaxed, non-pressured environment, and between us we speak English, Spanish, German and French.
Our story
Still here through the good years and the hard ones
After the 2008 financial crisis, property prices in Spain fell by up to 60% and most agents left the area. Condado Invest stayed. We became a leading specialist in bank repossessions and helped hundreds of buyers secure exceptional value on the resort.
The market has since recovered strongly, and today Condado de Alhama offers considerable opportunity for holiday homes, permanent moves and buy-to-let investors alike. Whatever the market does next, we will be here - on the resort - to guide you through it.
