2. Purpose and use of the website
This website provides information about Condado Invest Property Sales & Services, its services and the properties it markets, and lets you request information, viewings and valuations and subscribe to a newsletter. Using the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms. You agree to use the site appropriately and not for unlawful purposes or in bad faith.
3. Property information
Property information (prices, sizes, features, availability and images) is published in good faith from details supplied by owners or developers and is indicative only; it does not constitute a contractual offer. Prices are in euros, exclude the taxes and costs of purchase, and may change without notice. Sizes and plans are approximate. We recommend verifying all information and taking independent legal advice before any decision to buy or rent.
In line with the Region of Murcia's consumer information rules for the sale and rental of homes, we will provide the full documentation for any property on request.
4. Enquiries, viewings and valuations
Requests sent through the website forms are requests for information and do not constitute a reservation or contract. Virtual valuations are free, indicative and without obligation, based on our knowledge of the local market and historic sales data; they do not replace an official appraisal.
5. Fees
Our sales commission is paid by the seller and agreed in writing in the listing agreement. Buyers pay no agency fee. For rentals, fees are agreed with the owner in accordance with current legislation.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, photographs, videos, logos, design and code) belongs to Condado Invest Property Sales & Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced, distributed or altered without express permission, except for personal, private use.
7. Liability and links
Condado Invest Property Sales & Services does not guarantee that the content is error-free or that the site is available without interruption, and is not liable for damage arising from use of the site or of the third-party sites linked from it (Google Maps, social networks, portals), which are governed by their own terms.
8. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and the use of cookies in the cookie policy.
9. Complaints and governing law
Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers at our office. You can send any complaint to info@condadoinvest.com. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence or, failing that, those of Totana / Murcia.
