This property is sold unfurnished. Most resales on the resort include fitted kitchens and wardrobes, and we can arrange furniture packs before you move in.
Can I get a mortgage for this property as a non-resident?
Yes. Non-residents can usually borrow up to 70% of the purchase price from Spanish banks, subject to income checks, with the deposit and buying costs paid from your own funds. We can introduce you to brokers and banks that lend to overseas buyers.
